HOW TO ORDER
We are always happy to discuss your project and guide you through the design and ordering process. We will help ensure you order the correct quantities of tiles which can be tricky to calculate.
STEP 1
Choose your mosaic design, border and colour options. Email the dimensions of the space to us (with a sketch if you want) or call and tell us over the phone. We will email a quote straight back to you.

STEP 2
Once you are ready to order call us on 07956 169690 or 01736 697753
STEP 3 Payment Note: We do not to take PayPal.
We can set up a special order for you to access on our site to pay securely online by card - or if you’re in a hurry the fastest way to pay is bank transfer which usually saves three or four days on the delivery time. Some of the simpler orders can be checked out using the shopping cart on our site but due to the number of product variations it's usually easier if we set the order up for you.
STEP 4
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer / BACS we can email you our bank details. In all instances you will receive email confirmation of your payment.
STEP 5
Your order will be assembled at our studio and couriered overnight to your door - orders take 5-14 working days to complete depending on type of design / current work in progress. All orders are dispatched on a next day service with delivery between 9-5 Pre-midday deliveries are also available - please ask.
** Please note that any designs or colour-ways of designs not shown on our website are tailor-made / personalised and we cannot accept returns. Please also ensure that you have found a tiler who is happy to lay this system of mosaic and is familiar with how it works. **
