HOW TO ORDER
We are always happy to discuss your project and guide you through the design and ordering process. We will help ensure you order the correct quantities of tiles which can be tricky to calculate.
STEP 1
Choose your mosaic design, border and colour options. Email the dimensions of the space to us (with a sketch if you want) or call and tell us over the phone. We will email a quote straight back to you.

STEP 2
We will email a quotation to you.
STEP 3 Payment Note: We do not to take PayPal.
All orders are pro-forma and payment confirms date in the diary for delivery.
Payment can be made by bacs/pc bank transfer or by online checkout.
Online payments adds around a week to the order time due to processing by our web merchant.
If you would like online payment the web merchant will email an invoice with link to check out.
STEP 4
Your order will be assembled at our studio and couriered overnight to your door - orders take 5-14 working days to complete depending on type of design / current work in progress. All orders are dispatched on a next day service with delivery between 9-5 Pre-midday deliveries are also available - please ask.
** Please note that any designs or colour-ways of designs not shown on our website are tailor-made / personalised and we cannot accept returns. Please also ensure that you have found a tiler who is happy to lay this system of mosaic and is familiar with how it works. **
